Sips and Bites

The fun starts at 11 am when we serve fresh French pastries straight from the boulangerie.

Throughout the day (from 12:30 pm to 8 pm) you can expect to indulge in small plates and light bites like our famous tacos and our much-loved entourage of tapas. Whatever tickles your fancy, just know that everything you tuck into is made with the best, freshest ingredients.

As the lights dim, you can switch from our delicious coffee to begin sipping on some magic conjured up by our award-winning mixologists. Get your buzz on with our wealth of champagne, wines, spirits, beers and cocktails.

Whether it’s for a casual coffee or a special occasion, at M’Arks we offer a space in the sky to sip, dine and unwind. As the sun goes down and the stars come out, we transition from a relaxed daytime cafe, to a lush, vibrant cocktail bar – becoming an ideal spot for an evening rendezvous.

Our customer service focus paired with a well-designed environment is the winning formula. It really does make for a relaxing and enjoyable client experience.

We offer a wide range of events throughout the week and have local DJs mixing it up at the weekend.

Energise & Socialise

The Sky Bar is also open 7 days a week from 11am. Therefore, this makes it the perfect space to grab your laptop and work remotely for a change of scenery. You’ll be the envy of everyone on your zoom calls.

From 11am-5pm we have allocated seating space with high-speed internet & power supplies. Order a coffee or a cocktail (who are we to judge), and crack on with your crazy to do list.

The area can also be hired for corporate events and company meetings.
